Sky+ Planner Rebuild

This Procedure is designed to fix recording anomalies, freezing & blocking on playback.

  • Go to the SERVICES menu by pressing the Services button on the Sky+ remote. The following screen will appear.

  • Scroll down to SYSTEM SETUP with the arrow keys, or simply press the number 4, and then press select. The following screen appears.

  • With the above screen showing, press the number key 0, the number key 1, then select. The following screen appears.

Installers Menu

  • Scroll down to SKY+ PLANNER REBUILD with the arrow keys, or simply press the number 7, and then press select. The following screen appears.

  • Press select to continue. After a while the box will go into standby. At this stage, simply wait a couple of minutes and then turn on the box as normal.
