Sky HD Planner Rebuild

This Procedure is designed to fix recording anomalies, freezing & blocking on playback.

  • Go to the Options menu by pressing the Services button on your remote. The following screen will appear.

HD Options

  • With the above screen showing, press the number 0 key twice, then the number 1 key, then the Select button. The following screen appears.

HDReset1

  • Do not change any of these options. Scroll across to SKY+ REBUILD with the arrow keys on your remote, then press the Select button. The following screen appears.

HDRebuild

  • Press Select to continue. After a while the box will go into standby. At this stage, simply wait a couple of minutes and then turn on the box as normal.
