Sky HD Full System Reset

When your Sky+HD hard drive appears full but is not, this procedure will reset it to its normal operating size.

WARNING: This process will delete all programmes saved on you Sky+HD box.

With the above screen showing, press the number 0 key twice, then the number 1 key, then the Select button. The following screen appears…

Scroll across to SYSTEM RESET with your arrow keys on your remote, then press the Select button. The following screen appears…

Press the Select button on the remote to continue. The box will display a message saying “Housekeeping in Progress” and then go into standby. Simply wait approximately 2 minutes and turn on the box as normal.
